We caught up with Jenn to talk about her background, her perspective on healthcare marketing, and what she’s most excited to dive into—keep reading to get to know her.
I come from a research and insights-obsessed purpose-driven creative agency specializing in branding, advertising and marketing initiatives that change behavior and drive measurable impact. The clients I worked with were primarily focused on public health, mental health and overall health and wellness. It was important for me to join an organization that has an amazing culture and shares the same values as I do. I am looking forward to partnering with the KNB team and clients to create meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.
I am fascinated by engineering and robotics. While the human aspect of healthcare is vitally important and essential, I am looking forward to seeing further technological advancements in this area and how robotics can continue to assist surgeons, doctors and various healthcare professionals during medical procedures and other areas of patient care.
I lost my father and grandmother (both to cancer) when I was 19. I also grew up with an uncle who served in the military and was eventually diagnosed with ALS. A few years later, I started running and became an active participant in several events that raised money for organizations dedicated to research and technology advancements for cancer treatments and making the health and wellbeing of our nation’s veterans a priority.
I was fortunate to work at an advertising agency overseeing brand marketing and advertising campaigns for a prominent healthcare organization in California. More recently, I worked on several public health campaigns focused on substance abuse prevention and management, diabetes prevention and management, Alzheimer's awareness, early child development, and adult and children’s mental health.
From these experiences, I’ve learned a tremendous amount and have become more passionate about the future of research, science and technology advancements and am excited to see how they continue to evolve and make a positive impact in the world, especially in areas such as dementia, cancer and other debilitating diseases and illnesses that ring true to my heart for personal reasons.
I thrive working on projects where we take complex data and facts and turn those statistics and details into compelling narratives that grab the audience's attention and elicit a response.

I also enjoy partnering with clients and customers to obtain and leverage authentic testimonials and stories that humanize the message and provide that sense of trust and credibility individuals crave.
Taking my dog for a walk, catching up with friends over coffee or binge watching a good show.
Culture. Teamwork. Collaboration. Partnership. Trust. I work best in an environment where we work as a collective team and bring out the best in one another.
Showing up. Every time. No matter what it takes. My friends, family and colleagues can always count on me to be there and do whatever I can to help.
Full of endless possibilities. With all the continuous advancements in research, science and technology, I see marketing communications becoming more and more data-driven, evidence- and value-based; more targeted, relevant and personalized for the end user; and more authentic, transparent and credible.
Jenn’s commitment to showing up, telling stories that matter, and building real partnerships is exactly what KNB is all about. We’re excited to have her on the team and even more excited for what we’ll build together. Welcome to KNB, Jenn—we’re so glad you’re here.
