Stephen Alberts continues to be an essential part of the KNB team as Digital Marketing Manager. We decided to highlight him this week. Here are a few questions we asked him below.

What do you like about the Health IT industry?

It’s innovative. It’s very interesting to learn about the new technology. It also feels good to work in a field that makes a difference in people’s health.

Why do you like working with KNB Communications?

We are always trying to think of things to do for each client ahead of the curve.  While our clients are innovative in health tech, we are innovative in finding new types of marketing and communication to reach their target audiences.

What advice would you have for someone who wants to get better at digital marketing?

The best way to learn is through experience. For example, with search advertising, I recommend launching smaller, practice campaigns via Google Ads and learning to optimize them.  There’s nothing like the practical application experience. I also read a lot of blogs and attend webinars regularly to keep current on all the latest industry trends.

What are some of your hobbies in your spare time?

I like to go to the beach and surf, hang out with my kids and wife, and I like to eat!
