On Twitter and LinkedIn, we asked healthcare marketing and PR professionals which mental health practices calms them the best: yoga, meditation, or journaling. On Twitter, meditation and journaling tied at 50% whereas yoga did not get any responses. On LinkedIn, meditation and yoga tied at 50% and journaling did not get any users. These are not the only ways to help relieve stress. As long as you feel relaxed doing whichever activity you chose, it counts as the perfect mental health practice.
