The healthcare world changes, evolves, and develops. It has many sectors and angles, which is why it fascinates and drives us every day. Similar to the industry we all know and love, our team here at KNB is anything but one-dimensional.

Our monthly segment called #WeAreKNB gives you a closer look into who we are and allows you to take a look at the faces behind the hard work of KNB Communications. A variety of different perspectives is an asset that we value, and we are excited to show you who we are and why we love what we do. We are individuals, we are a team, #WeAreKNB. Wanna keep up? T'Asia Moody supports the KNB team as our Marketing and Communications Intern this fall. We are grateful for her hard work and decided to highlight her this month. Here are a few questions we asked her below:

TAsia Headshot

    1. What has drawn you to the world of healthcare communications?

I was always aware of healthcare communications because I could see the result of its efforts everywhere. But as an integrated strategic communications student, I wanted to learn more about how these efforts were made. In addition, I think healthcare communications is very important because it raises awareness of different products and services that can help a lot of people. It also spreads useful information that can change and even better the lives of millions.
    2. What do you like most about the culture at KNB Communications?

I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming the team is.. I feel like I can always turn to them for guidance if I have any questions or concerns. I like how open they are to teaching me about the different disciplines of marketing/PR and I feel like I’m going to learn a lot here. I also like how flexible they are and how well they communicate with me.
    3. How do you see health tech changing in 2020?

I think a lot more innovations will be made throughout 2020. Many of the innovations in health tech will be more accessible to people as they become aware of its usefulness.
    4. What is your favorite social media platform and why?

My favorite social media platform is Twitter because you get to see everyone’s viewpoints on different topics. Whether or not I agree with their opinions, I like that I can learn about someone else’s perspective in a particular area of interest.
    5. What is a fun fact about you?

My two siblings and I have the same zodiac sign, but we’re 4 and 9 years apart. Our birthdays are within the same two weeks.
    6. What 3 famous people, living or dead, would you want at your fantasy dinner party?

Beyoncé, Toni Morrison, and Bob Marley
